Uniform Policy FAQ

Nose Rings? As of 6/13/22 Nose Rings are permitted

Am I able to purchase an additional polo/pants/etc?

Yes! Fill out the uniform order guide here!

What if I got home and realized I lost my nametag/belt/hat?

We keep extras on site, however you must purchase them even when borrowing! You can purchase another hat/belt/nametag for $4.

What if I forgot/lost my polo, pants, or non slip shoes? 

Assuming we don't have extras on site for you to purchase, you will likely be sent home and issued a write-up for a uniform violation. If you forget your non-slips, you will definitely be sent home.

It is getting cold! Can I wear a jacket?

Only CFA branded OOBE jackets are permitted. If you are interested in purchasing one, please fill out the jacket portion here. Keep in mind you are allowed to wear a long sleeve of any of the following colors under your jacket: black, white, grey, red, or navy blue, but the jacket must be the outtermost layer.

Can I bring a mask from home?

We currently do not require masks at our location. If you wish to wear a mask, the standard medical N95 is permitted.

The N95 must have the standard blue/white, black or white look.

Break Policy FAQ

Breaks

  • Currently employees are permitted a discount of $9.50 towards their break meal.

  • We offer 30 minute unpaid breaks to all employees.

  • We offer 20 minute paid breaks to anyone 18+ scheduled 5 or more hours.

  • YOU are responsible for keeping up with your break time, exceeding this may result in disciplinary action.

Clocking In

  • You may clock in early if it is approved by the MIC only.

  • Minors are not permitted to clock in early, you are to clock in and out exactly at your scheduled time.

  • If a manager pin is required to clock in, it must be given by an actual leader. Not someone with a number.
