Social Media Guidelines
Its your page, but our representation.
The Rules
If you list or indicate through various media, Chick-fil-A as your employer, you will be subject to scrutiny for the content posted on your personal profile.
The following are prohibited:
Posts with crude sexual or violent content.
Aggressive political posts.
Any negative or aggressive posts directed toward a particular group, race, gender, sexual orientation or religion.
Confrontational/controversial comments on others' posts.
It should be easy to understand, anything that reflects negatively on you will ultimately reflect negatively on the store. If you wish to live a wild life on social media, do not claim you work here.
Going "live" is strictly prohibited on store property, as well as for any individual wearing Chick-fil-A uniform items -anywhere-. Violation of this will likely result in termination.
As is the case with all careers, regardless of what you list your employer as on social media, there are consequences for the things we say and do.
No one is safe from controversy, so avoid it.
