The front-counter order takers are staples in the Chick-fil-A experience. FC Team Members are responsible for greeting guests, taking their order and inputting it accurately, collecting payment, and clearly directing the guest where to go while they wait for the meal. Most importantly, the FC cashiers will make sure all guests depart with a hearty "Have a blessed day!".
